On October 28, 21, an excursion of NUPh students majoring in “Veterinary Medicine” of the educational program “Diseases of small pets” to STOV “Agrosvit” (Shestakove village, Kharkiv region, Chuguiv district) took place. Agrosvit LLC is one of the leading farms for milk production for further production of dairy products under the Agromol brand. The uniqueness of the new dairy products is that the Agromol brand uses milk from its own farms. The company “Agrosvit” uses a European approach to milk production, provides the necessary care for animals, feeding the best feed of its own production. The farm provides strict veterinary control of animal health and technological process, control of the full cycle of milk production, starting from feed control and ending with the delivery of milk to the enterprise. A special diet is selected for cows depending on the season. An automated calf feeding control system has been introduced. Each milking parlor is equipped with modern automatic milking systems. Milking takes place in a clean milking parlor, before milking each cow is subject to sanitation. The quality and safety of milk is ensured by the control of the full production cycle. The milk obtained after the milking parlor immediately enters the tanks through thermosets – thermoses, in which it is cooled and stored throughout the journey to Kharkiv. All obtained milk of the highest grade and extra grade.
