Vashchyk Yevheniya Volodymyrivna – doctor of veterinary medicine, doctor of veterinary sciences, associate professor of the department of veterinary medicine and pharmacy.
She graduated from Kharkiv Basic Medical College № 1, specialty “Medical Affairs”, qualification – paramedic (diploma with honors); Sumy National Agrarian University, specialty “Veterinary Medicine”, qualification – doctor of veterinary medicine (diploma with honors).
Worked: 2007 – 2008 – Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, Head of the Veterinary Medicine Center of Balakliia District State Hospital of Veterinary Medicine, Balakliia, Kharkiv Region. 2008 – 2013 – doctor of veterinary medicine chemist-toxicologist of Balaklia district state hospital of veterinary medicine, Balaklia, Kharkiv region. 2013 – 2015 – Associate Professor of Virology, Pathoanatomy and Poultry Diseases of Sumy NAU. 2015 – 2019 – Associate Professor of Veterinary Examination, Microbiology, Zoohygiene and Safety and Quality of Livestock Products of Sumy NAU. From 2019 to January 2021 – Associate Professor of Infectious Diseases, Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products of Luhansk NAU, from February 5, 2021 – Associate Professor of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy of the National University of Pharmacy.
Educational and methodical work. Conducts practical classes on the subject “Biology with the basics of genetics.”
Research work: from 2007 to 2011 she studied at the graduate school of Sumy National Agrarian University, specialty 16.00.03 – veterinary microbiology, epizootology, infectious diseases and immunology. In 2012 she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Veterinary Sciences on “Pseudomonas aeruginosa: the basic patterns of the infectious process and the improvement of disease prevention measures.” From 2015 to 2018 she studied for a doctorate at Sumy National Agrarian University, majoring in 16.00.03 – veterinary microbiology, epizootology, infectious diseases and immunology. In 2019 she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences on “Theoretical and experimental substantiation of the control system of the associated course of avian pseudomonas.” 61 scientific works have been published on the subject of scientific research, 23 of them – in professional publications of Ukraine, 4 articles in professional scientific publications of other countries, 3 articles indexed in Web of Science (WOS), 2 articles – in Scopus, 5 declarative patents of Ukraine for useful model, 1 patent of Ukraine for invention, 10 abstracts of conferences, 3 methodical recommendations, 1 TU of Ukraine.
Social activities. She is responsible for career guidance work of the department.
